Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Program
UCDOH provides STD clinic services free of charge to individuals at risk, which includes counseling, testing, treatment and education. HIV Confidential and Anonymous testing is also offered to anyone able to give informed consent, who is at high risk or who is concerned about an exposure history. Results are received back in two weeks and must be given in person. Clinics are held every Monday night 5PM-8PM (excluding holidays) at 230 Willow Park Office Complex, Aaron Court, Kingston NY 12401.

Communicable Disease Program
In this program, Ulster County Department of Health (UCDOH) provides communicable disease control through surveillance for over 60 diseases and collects information on mandated infectious disease reporting to allow for early identification within the community. UCDOH provides contact investigation of reportable diseases and disease outbreaks and recommends control measures. When indicated, UCDOH monitors individuals under treatment and ensures compliance with accepted treatment protocol.

Public Health Preparedness Unit
This program provides day-to-day coordination of the Department’s emergency preparedness, response and recovery activities. It serves as a link to New York State’s Department of Health, Ulster County Emergency Management and other state or local agencies responsible in emergency management. In an emergency dial 911. RCAL’s mission is to assist people with disabilities open the doors of opportunity and independence in the Ulster County region through self-determination by creating understanding and awareness, and access community-wide. RCAL’s vision is to create a fully accessible, integrated community without barriers for people with disabilities, and to assist and empower individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate in all aspects of community life. TetraNeuroNet is a low-level stimulation and biofeedback center that will help you experience relaxed ease and improved attention through education and training. At TetraNeuroNet, you will get to learn about all of your nervous systems. We will look at mental health and physical wellness through a variety of assessments that look at the brain and body electric; the signals of you.
TetraNeuroNet can have a positive impact on symptoms that emerged as a result of threatening or traumatic experiences at different stages of our lifespan and development. Our brain's primary function is to facilitate survival. Through low-level stimulation and biofeedback and neurofeedback, a sense of calm and ease will emerge that builds a base for better learning and movement forward into an embodied sense of one's life.
Based on your goals, we will make a plan that can incorporate any of the following: breathing exercises & self-discipline, nutrition & supplements, psycho-sensory techniques & reflex integration, low-level stimulation & biofeedback.
