Broadway Bubble

Ellenville-Wawarsing Youth Commission

The Youth Commission was established in 1999 to nurture and support the youth of the community, providing year-round accessible programs and activities, including full day summer camp. Click here for a list of programs.

Everett Hodge Center

The Hodge Center is owned by the City of Kingston and operated through a cooperative arrangement with the City of Kingston Parks and Recreation Department and Family of Woodstock’s Kingston Cares initiative. It’s Mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for the Kingston community through educational, environmental, youth, and community programs and health and human services.

The Hodge Center hosts a popular drop-in after school program September - June each year. The program includes homework help, healthy meals, recreation, and skill-building activities. All school age children are welcome to attend, but an emergency contact form must first be completed.

Hudson Valley LGBTQ Center

As a safe, supportive environment, the Hudson Valley LGBTQ Community Center provides services, professional resources, and programs that unite the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer/questioning community across lines of age, race, gender, and economics.

Marbletown Youth Center

The Youth and Recreation Department is responsible for developing and managing the youth and recreation programs for the town. It offers a wide range of programs, events, and activities for all ages and also oversees the operation of the Community Center and Town Park. MHA “Clubhouse-style” Drop-in Center:

The Wellness Drop-in room is open M-F 9:00a-4:15p. It’s warm in the winter and cool in the summer, a safe space for anyone in the community to “drop in” and find respite from the outside world. We have board games, a radio, seating, and other various leisure activities and games available for use! No intake is required.

Rochester Youth Center

The Recreation Department and Community Center is responsible for developing
and managing the youth and recreation programs for the town. The Recreation Department’s Director is Ashley Sweeney who can be reached at asweeney@townofrochester.ny.gov. It offers a wide range of programs, events, and activities for all ages and also oversees the operation of the Rochester Community Center located at 15 Tobacco Road in Accord.
