SPOA Adult Residential Services

SPOA is a New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) regulated initiative.  UCDMH is tasked with facilitating timely access and linkage to an array of intensive OMH services for high risk adults, children/adolescents and families.  SPOA services are designed to promote recovery and are personally tailored and responsive to individual needs and preferences.

Kingston Housing Authority

The Kingston Housing Authority provides homes for low-income City of Kingston Families and is an organization with a proud history and enviable reputation. Since its creation in 1948, Kingston Housing Authority has evolved to provide leadership in meeting the needs and aspirations of its Residents and their communities. Over the years, hundreds of apartment were constructed and have provided the foundations for family and elderly communities around Kingston.

Chiz’s Heart Street

Chiz’s Heart Street offers a home and hope to those who suffer from mental illness and to those who have made a commitment to live a clean and sober life. This house is based on the family model where each person is seen for who they are and what they need to live a full life. CHS continues to offer food through the community food pantry to those who do not live at Heart Street but are in need assistance.

Hummels Boarding Home

Hummels Home currently has 25 tenants. Home provides rooms and 3 meals a day. Adult males 18+ only. Unfortunately, all rooms are filled, no vacancy. For more information contact the care taker Jim, at (845) 331-5170.

Chestnut Hill
