Ulster County Eating Disorders Coalition
Chaired by the Mental Health Association in Ulster County, the Eating Disorders Coalition aims to provide education to professionals in the Ulster County area on the treatment of eating disorders, and support to individuals and their families struggling with the effects of eating disorders. The coalition meets the first Tuesday of every month at 221 Tuytenbridge Rd, Lake Katrine in Kingston.

BALANCE eating disorder treatment center
BALANCE eating disorder treatment center is an outpatient program centrally located in Manhattan's Flatiron District in New York City. We are situated in a beautiful loft space that provides a home-like, intimate setting. Founded by Melainie Rogers, MS, RDN, CDN, CEDRD-S, a national expert in the treatment of eating disorders. BALANCE specializes in the treatment of anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder & other eating and body image related concerns. BALANCE serves all gender adolescent and adult clients and offers support and counseling for families and loved ones.
At BALANCE our integrative, multidisciplinary treatment model incorporates psycho-dynamically informed relational therapy, cognitive behavioral treatment (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment therapy (ACT), creative & expressive therapies including art therapy, drama, dance & movement therapy, yoga, family therapy, individual case management, meal support and group treatment. Our treatment approach draws on evidence-based treatment strategies founded on the latest research that have shown themselves to be highly effective in addressing the symptoms and behaviors of eating disorders. Center for Discovery’s Treatment Centers specializes in treatment for eating disorders, mental health, and dual diagnosis treatment with unique treatment programs for every individual to get them on their way to eating disorder recovery. We offer separate programming for Adults, Children, and Adolescents. There are multiple locations in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. The Healing Connection
The Healing Connection provides eating disorder treatment for up to 10 patients at a time in our partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. The small-group setting allows our staff to work directly with patients and families to build individualized and customized treatment plans. Close-knit group sessions offer a safe place for patients to share experiences and challenges, and to support one another on the path to healing and recovery. In addition, The Healing Connection’s outpatient services provide patient-centered care for those in need of support with challenges including anger, anxiety, depression, trauma, and low-self-esteem. HPA/LiveWell
Our LiveWell program – an intensive outpatient treatment program – offers a highly individualized approach to address every aspect of the patient’s eating disorder. Intensive outpatient therapy allows you to remain here in the Capital Region, living at home and going to work or school, while in treatment at HPA/LiveWell – instead of needing to go away from home and stay in a facility. Our approach is particularly effective because you meet your illness head-on, where you live and with the support of family and friends.

John T. Mather Partial Hospitalization Program
Serving adults, adolescents, and eating disorder clients. All clients must have a clinical referral form their current mental health provider, and medical referral including a physical exam and blood work from a physician. For a referral pack, call the eating disorder staff. Services include assessment, individual, group and family therapy, nutrition counseling, meals and snacks, and medical monitoring. Monte Nido & Affiliates includes three distinct eating disorder treatment programs: Monte Nido, Oliver-Pyatt Centers, and Clementine. Monte Nido & Affiliates now operates programs across the country. Monte Nido and Oliver-Pyatt Centers provide residential and day treatment programs for all genders. Clementine provides residential treatment for girls ages 13 – 18 (or until 17 years of age in some states). Our Monte Nido programs are located in California, Oregon, New York, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. Oliver-Pyatt Centers is located in Florida. The Clementine programs are located in Florida, Oregon, California, New York, and Virginia.

Each Center is comprised of a continuum of comprehensive and coordinated care for individuals with eating disorders and their families.
